Band Items Order Form - Use this form to order items for band uniform. Please turn this form in on uniform fitting day.

Troup Band Dance, Flag and Baton Clinic - Please fill out form and mail with payment to THS Band Boosters P.O.Box 3613, LaGrange,GA. Form may also be dropped off at the school or turned in morning of clinic.

Patron Ad Form - Turn this form in with names and money on first day of band camp. Patron ad money is applied to band fee.
